Direction for Use
Both the F.I.R. 8 for the Face and Body come with an adjustable temperature control dial. You will notice that F.I.R. 8 will heat up slowly but upon contact with the face and/or body, the temperature will drop due to the transference of the Far Infrared energy from the device to the area of contact. It can take up to 5 minutes to heat up your F.I.R. 8.
For Face note : Temperatures are lower for the Face treatment device.
Make sure to use a clean damp cloth to wipe before and after each use.
Put the device in the holder and set the temperature.
Liberally apply your favorite moisturizer/cream - we recommend Neferra's therapeutic grade blended face treatment oils.
Once the device is at your desired temperature, gently glide the F.I.R. 8 in strokes from the inside of the face towards the outside of the face in an upward direction.
Make sure to turn off the device when done and wipe off and put back into the cotton pouch.
WARNING!!
- Must use an all cotton cloth if using the body device on heat settings higher than 3!
- When the heat is tolerable, feel free to use the device without the cloth.

Contraindications
Do not use on acne skin, broken capillaries, rosacea or areas with nerve damage. For anyone who is pregnant or has a persistent medical condition, speak to your doctor first before using the the treatment device.
